(hereafter "Toll") is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project: Roberts Road Townhomes Off-Site Sewer (hereafter "Project"), located in the Town of Cary and Wake County, North Carolina. Approximate quantities involved in the Project are as follows: 1,907 LF 8-inch SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sanitary Sewer 693 LF 12-inch SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sanitary Sewer 156 LF 12-inch SDR 26 PVC Gravity Sanitary Sewer 610 LF 12-inch P-401 Lined PC350 DI Gravity Sanitary Sewer 325 LF 24-inch Steel Casing by Jack & Bore 14 EA 4-ft Diameter Precast Concrete Manholes All Work Excluding Rock Removal and Replacement Rock Removal and Replacement The foregoing description shall not be construed to be a complete description of all work required for the Project. The Project must be substantially complete within 150 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bid document desc : The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Toll nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
