Additions under the existing roof overhang, remodel Locker Room Building to adjust room layouts (provide three, single occupant gender neutral restrooms and changings/shower facilities), replace lockers and upgrade building finishes, renovations of noncompliant restrooms and wheelchair access to the Coach's Office areas, seismic upgrades to comply with 2022 CBC, replacement of existing building roofing, upgrade mechanical, plumbing and electrical throughout areas of renovation, new interior construction will consist primarily of metal stud walls with gypsum board finish, replacement on storefront windows & doors.
