The San Dieguito Water District (District) is requesting proposals for Professional Services for Design of Pipeline Fire Flow Capacity Improvements Project (NT-6, NT-9, NT-11) (Project). The objective of this RFP is to identify a "Consultant" that can effectively support the District in planning and designing the Project. This includes providing planning support, permitting, technical expertise, design support and project oversight to ensure successful design and subsequent construction of the Project. The selected consultant will develop construction plans, specifications and cost estimates and provide construction services during execution of the Project. This Project will support the District's efforts to provide fire flow capacity to its customers in the Very High Fire Hazard Safety Zone (VHFHSZ) and address pipeline condition.
