The United States Coast Guard (USCG) requires commercial services for cleaning HVAC air ducting at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Crisfield. The contractor shall provide all necessary services, personnel, materials, equipment, and waste disposal means to clean all HVAC air ducting channels, vents, registers, and diffusers within the station building. Before departure, contracted personnel must conduct a visual inspection with station personnel to ensure satisfactory worksite conditions. The procurement follows FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 procedures and is classified under NAICS code 561790 (Duct Cleaning Services) with a size standard of $9 million. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.
