Renovation of a parking garage in Woodstock, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Contract will be awarded to one (1) bidder. All materials referenced in the submission of your bid must be furnished, new, included in your bid, and meet the approval of The McHenry County Housing Authority. All warranty information must be provided to The McHenry County Housing Authority upon successful completion of project. It is the bidding contractor's responsibility to verify all measurements listed in the bid specifications. All bids to include items/labor necessary to complete project to the satisfaction of The McHenry County Housing Authority. All installations to be to manufacturer's specifications and Federal, State and Local codes, ordinances and regulations. Permitting, site management, cleanup/disposal/removal of all building debris from the work site is the responsibility of the bidding contractor in accordance with prevailing codes. Bid document questions should be directed to Holly Lyons at 815/308- 6044, hlyons@mchenrycountyhousing.org Specifications: Remove damaged siding, sheeting and framing Install new sill seal, treated base plate; anchor to concrete Install new 2 X 4 studs to replace damaged Install new 1/2 " plywood sheeting to replace damaged Install new 8" wide white aluminum siding on back wall of garage Ensure wall is plumb and straight Anchor sill plate at identified araa on walk through inspection Clean up and remove all construction debris
