Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to rehabilitate Ground Storage Tank (GST) No. 1 (90'O x 24'H) and No. 2 (93'O x24'H) by power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior surface, including associate piping and appurtenances, seal perimeter of ground storage tank joint to ring wall, remove and replace two (2) roof hatches per tank, and install fourteen (14) new shell vents per tank; remove and replace GST No. 1 roof panels, supporting rafters, and appurtenances; rehabilitate Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1 and No. 2 by power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior surface, including associate piping and appurtenances, apply sealant to saddles at concrete footing, remove and replace equipment box; remove and replace existing cathodic protection with horizontal cathodic protection on GST No. 1 and GST No. 2 including cap and seal weld all existing hand holds from existing cathodic protection; power wash, hand tool and/or power tool clean, abrasive blast and recoat exterior wall surface of MCC building, generator enclosure, bollards, and aboveground piping; in accordance with the plans and specifications. Complete in place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. X 24' H) by including but not limited to, power wash, abrasive blast and recoat both interior and exterior surfaces, and related valves, pipes, and fittings (including heat trace and insulation for all related piping) and shrouding; apply concrete sealant to tank chime at concrete foundation; remove and replace two (2) roof hatches (36" x 36"); and install fourteen (14) new shell vents; in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to rehabilitate 15,000- gallon Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1 and No. 2 by power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior surfaces, including associate piping, and appurtenances; apply sealant to saddles at concrete footing; remove and replace equipment box of both hydropneumatic tanks. In accordance with the plans and specifications; complete in place. Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to remove and replace existing cathodic protection system on both Ground Storage tank No. 1 and No. 2 with new horizontal cathodic protection system; cap and seal weld all existing hand holds from existing cathodic protection; in accordance with the contract plan and specifications.
