Site work and new construction of a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of this work includes, but is not limited to, construction of new LAS building; installation of new double-walled LAS storage tank, metering pumps, gas chlorination system, two 150-pounds gas cylinders with scale, chemical analyzers, and chemical piping. As part of the surface water chloramine conversion, this project also contains installation of 10-inch surface water conveyance line to existing bolted GST 10-inch fill lines, modification to the existing water well piping, and all necessary electrical upgrades required for future meter station. Site restoration. All work shall be completed in place and in accordance with the plans and specifications. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 10/3/2025 at 10:00 AM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer through Online. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
