The Board of Trustees, Illinois Eastern Community Colleges, reserves the right to waive any technicalities or irregularities and also to reject any or all proposals. Illinois Eastern Community Colleges will award bids based upon the lowest responsible bidder considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, quality, and serviceability. Attendance of the scheduled pre-bid meeting or a separate/additional site visit is not a requirement of submitting a bid proposal, but it is the responsibility of the contractor to field verify measurements of the installation areas as well as to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for the complete project. If a site visit, other than the scheduled pre-bid meeting, is desired prior to submitting a bid, schedule a visit with Arron Brown, TLB WRC O&M Team Leader, to determine an acceptable date and time.
