County of Orange ("County") is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors ("Respondents"), to provide Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") Services for CMAR - COC B Switchgear Replacement Project ("Project") located at 1300 S. Grand Ave, Building B Santa Ana, CA 92705. The awarded proposal ("Contract") will provide a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Design Phase Services between the County and the selected Respondent ("CMAR Entity" or "CMARE"). The County may, at its sole discretion, exercise its option to negotiate a GMP for the construction of the Project with the CM and will return to the Board of Supervisors for authorization to execute a construction services contract. All questions and inquiries related to this RFP must be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal.
