The work at Central High School is for a single prime contract to Plumbing Work isto be completed December 2025. Bids will be on a lump sum basis. This sumis a guarantee thatifthe bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. A 100-percent PerformanceBond and Labor/MaterialBondwillbe required ofthe successful bidder written by a surety in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
