Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Commerce, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Implement traffic signal improvements to include the installation of signal and lighting standards, mast arms, vehicle and pedestrian heads, vehicle and pedestrian detection, and other traffic signal related equipment. Traffic Signal Synchronization Program - 15 intersections along Eastern Avenue. Pursuant to State Public Contract Code section 3400, the Board of Supervisors made a finding that the D4 Traffic Signal Controller Software is designated by specific brand name to match other products in use on a particular public improvement either completed or in the course of completion. The project Plans and Specifications designate D4 Traffic Signal Controller Software to be manufactured by Fourth Dimension Traffic. Question Deadline 10/06/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to: Ms. Irma Vasquez at IVasquez@pw.lacounty.gov. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A and C10 contractor'slicense. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond payable to County of Los Angeles in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the bid to guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if it is so awarded The successful bidder will be required to submit a faithful performance bond, payment bond, and liability and workers' compensation insurance with the contract. The work is estimated to cost between $1,300,000 and $2,000,000 and shall be completed in 130 working days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
