Town of Yarmouth Legal Notice The Town of Yarmouth is requesting sealed bids for Well Cleaning and Redevelopment Services for five (5) wells, with on-call emergency repairs for a one-year term, and options to renew up to two additional one-year periods. Bid security of 5% is required. Payment Bond (50%) and Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Procurement is conducted under M.G.L. c.30, 39M.
