Reference Number 0000398891 The Town of Lyons has acquired Federal funding through the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) for design of Third Avenue drainage improvements design. For this design, the Town looks to minimize the length and size of the new storm sewer due to shallow bedrock, existing utilities, and cost and utilize the street and R.O.W. to safely convey the major event where possible.
