RFP - Supervision of Construction Services The work to be performed under the referenced Order for Professional Services (OPS) will consist of any and all professional engineering services required for the construction supervision of contract P500.855, Construction of Buildings and Structures at Maintenance District PMD-5, Milepost 116 and other related work defined in the RFEOI's Scope of Services (see Attachment B.). P500.855 consists of the redevelopment of Maintenance District PMD-5 at Milepost 116 in Holmdel, New Jersey, including: demolition of the existing Salt Shed building, Seed Shed Building, Vehicle Storage Building, and Sign Shop Building; construction of a new Salt Shed, Vehicle Storage Building, Multi-Use Building (Sign Shop and Trades Building), Landscaping Building, and two (2) Truck Canopies; renovations to the existing Truck Wash Building; and associated site work. P500.855 also involves the demolition of the existing warehouse building at 262 Smith Street, Keasbey, New Jersey. The OPS is anticipated to be awarded at the November 2025 Commission Meeting. The estimated construction cost for Contract No. P500.855 is approximately $36,500,000.00 with an estimated duration for construction of fifty-one (51) months, including contract closeout. The Authority will utilize a Secure File Sharing site ("Kiteworks") to share with and receive information from the Qualified Firms. Access to Kiteworks will be provided to the Qualified Firms via e-mail. Reference materials (preliminary plans, studies, reports, etc.) for this RFEOI will be made available for review in the "Reference Materials" folder. If there are any questions or issues related to Kiteworks, please contact Jennifer Romero via e-mail at jromero@njta.com. The subject line should read "OPS No. P4034, Kiteworks Information". Inquiries pertaining to this RFEOI are to be directed in writing to Anthony Emma, via e-mail to emma@njta.com with a copy to Gabrielle Coleman, via e-mail at gcoleman@njta.com. The subject line should read "OPS No. P4034 - EOI Inquiry". The deadline for inquiries is September 22, 2025. The Authority will respond to all written inquiries received by the deadline. Each inquiry will be stated, and a written response provided. Responses will be posted on the Authority's website under Doing Business/Current Solicitations on or before September 24, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
