Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Middleton, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of 10/9/2025 Owner - Due to the need to gather additional information and pending approval from the state as well as from Middleton Conservation Commission, the District is canceling RFP 2026-01 Modular Building at this time. We will be reissuing the RFP in the near future. ENSATSD requires the design, prefabrication, production, delivery and site preparation/assembly/installation of a one-story 2500sqft modular building.The building will require a red barn metal facade, two (2) ADA compliant entrances to two (2) office suites. Each office suite will include a small conference room, waiting area, kitchenette, slop sink and bathroom. Deadline for submitting questions: Friday, September 26, 2025 by 4:00 P.M. - Questions regarding this BID may be submitted via email only to Stephanie Poska at sposka@essextech.net. All questions will be posted and responded to via Commbuys as well as via email to the Bid Holder List. Questions will not be answered via phone or in person. As per addendum 2 09/26/2025, 04:00 PM to 10/01/2025, 12:00 PM updated. Responses will be published no later than Wednesday, October 1, 2025 by 4:00 P.M. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Completion- June 30,2026. Module(s): Amount and configuration to create at least 2,500 sf containing: two ADA compliant entrances, two office suites with each containing a conference room, two offices, kitchenette sitting area, ADA compliant restroom, utility closet with slop sink.
