This is a Construction Management at Risk project under MGL Ch149A. Interested firms MUST submit Qualification Statement by deadline and be prequalified in order to bid. DCAMM Certification applies to this process. This RFQ is the first part of a two-step process. First, interested firms must submit the qualification statement. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification. All firms must be qualified for this project, even if already DCAMM Certified. Construction Manager is Commodore Builders.
