Request for bids for CDBG 1138-21-082-ED-01 financed by the Mississippi Development Authority by a Community Development Block Grant is as follows: The Grain Elevator, Conveyor & Rail Spur Improvements Project (REBID) at the Yazoo County Port in Yazoo County, Mississippi. The Yazoo County Board of Supervisors encourages the participation of MBE/WBE Contractors and Sub-Contractors. The County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of total bid, made payable to the Yazoo County Board of Supervisors, must accompany each proposal. A performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract will be required. The Yazoo County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities therein and to determine which is the best bid. Question Deadline 10/10/2025
