The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to award a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Swing Space at the Veterans Administration (VA) John Cochran Medical Center (JCMC) in St. Louis, MO. The project includes construction of a temporary data center, surrounding site work, installation of two switchgear pads and enclosures, a hazardous containing materials (HCMs) survey, remediation of HCMs, relocation of Ameren Electric and AT&T lines, and all incidental related work. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Scope of Work. The procurement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and will be awarded using a Best Value Trade Off method resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated magnitude of construction is over $10,000,000, with a performance period of approximately 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
