Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit is soliciting proposals for Cork Flooring Replacement in Divisions 13 at the Clyde S. Cahill Courts Building and Division 18 at the Carnahan Court House. The work included shall include the removal of all cork flooring and adhesive in Division 13 which is approximately 2,100 sq. ft. and Division 18 which is approximately 1,600 sq. ft. In order to accomplish this, all benches, tables and chairs including those in the jury box are to be removed. New flooring is to be installed in witness stand, clerk's area, sheriff area and Judge's bench, as well as the main floor. The Contractor shall take accurate measurements to be sure the items are reinstalled back in the same location. New anchoring will be required for benches and juror chairs. The Contractor is to dispose of all flooring material removed. Work is to include the furnishing, all labor, equipment and tools necessary to remove and repair the subfloor and install new cork flooring. Work shall be in accordance with the National Floor Covering Association (NFCA). Work in each courtroom shall be completed in approximately 30-60 calendar days, excluding delivery time of material. The resulting contact will be a fixed price contract.
