Areas of expertise include demolition, environmental remediation (including asbestos), engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing), title services, architectural design and consulting, planning, landscape architecture and urban design, environmental consulting and engineering (assessment, remedial design, site cleanup), geotechnical services, traffic generation and assessment analysis, building inspection, general contracting, landscaping, construction cost estimating, construction management, land surveying, economic and community development consulting (economic/market research, incentives, tax analyses, appraisals, community outreach), strategic planning (organizational development, SWOT analysis, long-term planning), real estate consulting (facilities planning, space programming), property acquisition and relocation, financial consulting (loan packaging, bond financing, equity, debt), mentoring and consulting (HR, risk management, IT, financial management, sales, marketing, legal), marketing and communications (PR, electronic marketing, news, ads), multi-lingual translation and interpretation, international trade consulting (commodity flows, market research, compliance), international diplomatic, trade and economic development consulting, project management (development, advocacy, political outreach), legal services (corporate law, contract negotiations, immigration, environmental law, real estate law, finance transactions, litigation), services for EB5 program establishment and operation (immigration legal, economic analysis, business plan writing, marketing, web design), IT services (database design, website, AV), tax, auditing and accounting, fundraising, grant writing, custodial and janitorial, property maintenance (HVAC, lawncare, asphalt, snow removal, security, plumbing), and waste management.
