The General Scope of Work consists of furnishing all labor and materials for the replacement or repair of all water-damaged flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical, light fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, door and door hardware, windows, and attachment components as specified in the plans and specifications. This project is located at McMillian Manor II at 4543-4603 McMillan Ave., St. Louis, MO. The anticipated performance period for the work is 90 days. Bids may be submitted electronically through QuestCDN (with a non-refundable fee) or hand-delivered to the specified address. The St. Louis Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in any bid, to advertise for new bids, or to proceed to do the work by other means as determined to be in its best interest. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for a fixed price contract. Attendance at the Pre-bid Conference is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.
