Project Description: Construction of new Fire Hall consisting of four (4) fire truck bays including day use room and storage, and front Office building including fire staff bathroom, two (2) private accessible bathrooms, community room w/ kitchen, office space, storage space, janitorial space and mechanical room. Project will require a 2hr firerated wall assembly between Fire Hall and Office. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Bond according to the requirements in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
