Reference Number 0000401285 SCOPE: It is the intent of this proposal invitation to obtain contract proposals for the supply and installation of the indoor resilient multipurpose surfacing and application of game lines, replacement of standard 4" black cove base, and all door transitions, located at Sandridge Elementary School, 868 Sand Ridge Rd, Hubert, NC 28539. All products and/or services rendered by the vendor must meet all requirements of this invitation and be completely satisfactory to using agencies. This project includes the supply and installation of new indoor resilient multipurpose surfacing, application of game lines, installation of standard 4" black cove base, and all necessary door transitions. Flooring Specifications: _ Indoor resilient multipurpose surfacing with applied game lines. _ Standard 4" black cove base. _ Door transitions as required. _ Materials must meet manufacturer specifications for safety, performance, and durability. _ Flooring thickness must meet the manufacturer's requirements for heavy multipurpose use. Preparation Work: Contractor will provide all prep work necessary to ensure a proper installation, including: _ Leveling and repairing of the subfloor as needed. _ Moisture testing of the subfloor. _ Cleaning the surface prior to installation. _ Installing underlayment as required.
