Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Union City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of sidewalk repairs at various locations in Union City. More specifically, work shall include the removal of existing curb and sidewalk, construction and installation of new concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and concrete driveways, at various locations. The Contractor shall commence performance of the work and, subject to authorized adjustments, achieve substantial completion within (30) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Please note that this project is a rebid for a project originally bid on August 26, 2025. Docs notes : Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Contract Documents by request upon proper notice to the above e-mail address. The bid proposal packages will not be available for pickup. In the e-mail message, the contractor shall indicate if they request an electronic copy (PDF format) or paper copy. Electronic copies will be provided via e-mail at no charge. Paper copies will be provided after a non-refundable charge of $75.00 payable to Colliers Engineering & Design, Inc. is received. The bid must also be accompanied by a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of the stock in accordance with the provisions of the Public Disclosure Law The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Owner.
