Site work for a municipal facility in Alexander City, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Respondent shall perform such services as required by GHA/ACHA to complete the work as defined herein and shall provide labor, equipment, and services necessary to perform and complete, in an acceptable manner, the tasks contemplated or otherwise required herein in accordance with. Scope of Work is as follows A site visit is required Contractor shall measure area to determine fence footage and components. Contractor to ensure all underground utilities are properly marked Fencing will be installed along the rear boundary at Highlands and behind apartments 107 through 112 at Mountainview. The Contractor will provide their own tools and equipment as well as any incidental materials The GHA/ACHA will purchase all fencing materials based on the component list provided by the contractor. Contractor to layout and install 6 ft high vinyl privacy fence according to manufacturer's specifications and best practice Any impeding clothesline poles will be removed by GHA/ACHA personnel Contractor to clean any residual dirt, mud, or concrete from fence after installation Contractor shall properly dispose of all waste materials at the end of each day Contractor shall keep area always barricaded and safe and ensure that area is clean once work is complete Any issues or questions that arise during process, should be immediately brought to the attention of GHA/ACHA LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm (CST) Requests for interpretation must be made, in writing, by the questions due date and time as indicated on the coversheet (first page) of the RFP and sent to: Email: michellewingler@alexcityhousing.org The Goodwater Housing Authority managed by The Alexander City Housing Authority (ACHA) seeks proposals from qualified, bonded and licensed Contractors to install new vinyl fencing Install New Vinyl Fence - Goodwater .
