The contractor shall perform a comprehensive landscape renovation for the 500th Military Intelligence Brigade-Theater (MIB-T) at Building 1410. The project includes demolition of existing landscaping, site preparation, installation of new plant material, irrigation adjustments, landscape lighting, mulching, and a six-month maintenance period. Vegetation must be cut to a height of two to four inches, with trimming around rock outcrops and manmade structures during each cutting cycle. Phase 1 involves demolition and site preparation over 5-7 days, including removal and disposal of existing landscaping, ground tilling to improve soil aeration, and soil amendment with high-quality topsoil based on soil analysis. Phase 2, lasting 7-10 days, includes installation of eighteen 25-gallon palm trees, nineteen 10-gallon gardenias, thirty 3-gallon red and green Ti Leaf plants, eighty 3-gallon Golden Eldorado plants, twelve 3-gallon Blue Plumbago plants, brick edging around planting beds, hedge renovation, and installation of twenty-two landscape lighting fixtures by a qualified electrician. Phase 3, estimated at 3-5 days, includes irrigation system adjustments and hydro mulching of newly planted areas. Phase 4 consists of a one-day final inspection and system testing. The six-month maintenance phase includes weekly mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, plant health monitoring, irrigation system checks, mulch replenishment, and monthly maintenance reports. Deliverables include the completed landscape renovation, functional irrigation and lighting systems, and six months of routine maintenance with monthly reporting.
