Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, parts, vehicles, and services necessary to perform remedial maintenance, preventative maintenance, service reporting, and emergency repair services for installed HVAC equipment. The scope includes maintenance and repair of ten 3-ton Bard units and six 4-ton Bard units located at Buildings 1503 and 1508, as well as bi-annual preventative maintenance for one Mitsubishi City-Multi ACCU system. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable manufacturer requirements and contract standards to ensure reliable and continuous operation of the systems. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
