Existing wells/pumps remain operational until new wells meet peak demand (June-Sept). Motors to be installed above ground with protective canopy. Each well/pump/motor must deliver = 2,000 gallons per minute. Magnitude: $50M - $100M Requirements for PRIME Contractors Narrative demonstrating: Experience with drilled potable water wells >500 ft deep in remote/limited footprint locations. Capability to work on active water treatment facilities or similar sites. Experience with compressed construction schedules. Access to drilling equipment on-island for similar projects.
