UHM - Control Center Watanabe Hall Room 316, Project No. UHM 1160-23-788 The scope of work includes selective demolition, new corner guard, finish cabinetry, countertop, penetrating firestopping, sealants, new fire rated hollow metal double doors and associated door frame, door hardware, gypsum board furring, interior walls, and ceiling soffits, resilient tile flooring neat the sink area, new carpet tile, interior painting, added fire extinguishers, hazardous materials removal, addressable fire alarm, plumbing fixture and associated plumbing, new air conditioning registers, electrical and data work for new and relocated outlets/receptacles, and new lighting throughout. Start of Service Date: 01/05/2026 End of Service Date: 05/20/2026 Bidder is advised to print out a copy of this Solicitation, including project scope of work documents, for its use at the pre-bid conference. No copies of the project scope of work documents will be available at the pre-bid conference. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 Questions, regarding the scope of work or project schedule, may arise at the pre-bid conference, from project site visit(s), or at any time prior to the close of bids.
