**As of November 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work to be performed under this Contract includes constructing a new duct bank at the Dundalk Marine Terminal to house upgraded electrical feeders. This duct bank will connect from BGE's manhole to MPA's substation on DMT. The project involves open trenching, jack and bore, dewatering, coordination with existing utilities, hauling, maintenance of traffic and all related work at Dundalk Marine Terminal.
