The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, running track resurfacing. 1.1 The Award Bidder shall furnish all materials, supervision, labor, equipment, and other facilities necessary and proper to properly provide these services in accordance with the specifications. Award may include design services. 1.2 Every effort is to be made to ensure the safety of all individuals during work, as well as during operation. All work is to be handled in complete compliance with OSHA and MOSHA requirements and all current county and state codes. 1.3 The purchase of these services is pending approval and allocation of funds by the Board of Education.
