The contract may be renewed by UMBC at its discretion for an additional two (2) one- year renewal option periods. UMBC reserves the right to extend the terms and conditions of this solicitation to any and all other agencies within the state of Maryland as well as any other federal, state, municipal, county, or local governmental agency under the jurisdiction of the United States and its territories. A copy of the contract pricing and the solicitation requirements incorporated in this contract will be supplied to requesting agencies. Each participating agency shall enter into its own contract with the supplier. UMBC does not assume any responsibility other than to obtain pricing for the specifications provided. It shall obtain at its expense, all licenses, permits, insurance, and governmental approval, if any, necessary to the performance of its obligations under this Contract.
