On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, the deposit less the actual cost of reproduction, shall be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten days after receipt of bids. The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation is 11.25% of the dollar value of this contract. All bidders and proposers shall make good faith efforts to subcontract to the greatest extent feasible to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged businesses. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received for just cause per State Public Bid Law. Question Deadline 10/06/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing.Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
