Renovation of a multi-residential development in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

No definite date for the rebid.** Water System Improvements - Stonewall Haven and Ambrose Towers licensed contractors to remove and replace the Water Heaters and repair the Water Main at the Stonewall Haven midrise apartment building and install Backflow Preventers at Stonewall Haven and Ambrose Towers apartment buildings located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Small, Minority, Veteran and Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to apply. All questions must be in writing and can be addressed to Ms. Delores Adams, Procurement at Delores@mannahdg.com by September 23, 2025. picks up old non operable water meter which has two OS&Y shut off valves before and after old inoperable meter. Which first valve is shut, and second valve is open. Second 8 bolt flange tee picks up current water meter with two shut off values before and after meter, which continues to domestic water supply for the building which then theres another shut off valve after water booster pump on domestic supply line. With installation of new reducing backflow and PRV system should be reconfigured to eliminate non operable old water meter, non-operable water booster system and inoperable water softener system (located in boiler room). This reconfirmation will include necessary shut of valves to allow repairs of backflow and PRV, if needed and all other repairs. Replace existing valves on domesticated water supply to building if necessary to ensure isolation and disconnection of non-operable booster pump system. This configuration will allow removal and isolation of the water booster pump and water softener system in Lot 2. Included in this scope water booster pump and water softener system should be disconnected and isolated from system. (Left in place) once water booster system has been disconnected and isolated, reconnection of domestic water supply from water main set up with backflow and PRV to existing building domestic supply line to for immediate demand of domesticated water supply. Stonewall- Installation of reducing Backflow Preventer and PRV- Stonewall, evidence of past leaks at water main after the meter. Install reducing backflow preventer along with Pressure relieve valve. With this installation it should include 3 shut-off valves for testing and maintenance. The first valve will be located after water meter but before backflow preventer and second valve will be located after PRV. This configuration will allow replacement of backflow and PRV if needed in future and all other repairs. The last valve should be located on the domestic water supply to/from the building closer to where the existing water booster pump is currently located to allow access after removal of the booster p
