25-098 Donnie Bickham New Classroom Wing Addition. BID SECURITY equal to five percent (5%) of the Total Bid shall be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check as prescribed by LA RS 38:2218 must be attached to and made a part of the bid.
