Question Deadline 10/17/2025 EMAIL QUESTIONS TO: ashley.germany@shreveportla.gov Submit sealed or electronic bids addressed to the Purchasing Agent for the City of Shreveport. Bids must be received in the Purchasing Division, Government Plaza, Suite 610, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101, by 2:00 P.M. on October 28, 2025. Shortly thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and announced. Reference IFB 25-062. The estimated expenditure is $1,000,000.00. Bid documents can be downloaded at www.shreveportla.gov/solicitations or requested via email. Vendors/Contractors may submit responses electronically or by paper copy. BidNetDirect shall be the official source for bid documents. The outside of the bid envelope must include the bidder's name, address, bid number, project name, opening date/time, and the City's address. It is the responder's responsibility to make inquiries regarding issued addenda. Before awarding the contract, the contractor must pay all taxes, licenses, fees, and other charges due to the City. The City of Shreveport reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
