Ron Bean Digital Sign Display Equipment Replacement. Proposal guaranty: 5% of the Amount of Proposal Payable To Caddo-bossier Parishes Commission The "Port" adopted Ordinance No. 8 of 2023 which established a Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ("DBE"). The Port has established a goal of 25% on all Port funded contracts. The successful contractor shall demonstrate a good faith effort to utilize DBE's to meet or exceed this goal. The list of currently approved DBE businesses can be found on the City of Shreveport's Fair Share Website The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder without discrimination on grounds of race, color, sex or national origin. Disadvantaged businesses will be afforded a full opportunity to submit bids. The Port reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance to law.
