Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Boulder City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field and soccer field's grass with synthetic turf systems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; relocation of water lines where applicable from newly converted synthetic field areas, removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete, sports field accessories, and erosion mitigation.
