*Contract Award Date: August 29, 2019 Contract Award Number: 89503119CWA000037 Contract Award Dollar Amount: 1661584.38 Contractor Awarded Name: Integrated Power Co. This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) related to the Mead Substation Stage 16 Construction Project. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237130 with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Place of performance will be in Clark County, Nevada. This project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary for: (1) installing Government-furnished equipment (GFE): 230 kV power circuit breakers, 230-kV disconnecting switches, 230-kV coupling capacitor voltage transformers, 230-kV current transformers, three (3) single-phase pedestal mounted capacitor, 230-kV, duplex switchboard section and one (1) galvanized base-plated single-circuit 230-kV transmission line steel pole structure (2) Provide bus system, grounding system, conduit system, insulated conductors and cables, terminal boxes, safety switch, substation signs, fiber optic splice enclosure, fiber optic duct cable and optical ground wire. (3) Providing concrete foundations and anchor bolts for substation structures, electrical equipment and material. (4) Performing site work and finish grading. (5) Providing galvanized substation steel structures. (6) Providing one (1) concrete foundation for transmission line steel pole structure and (7) perform electrical testing. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings.
