The work consists of demolition of existing chlorine gas piping and equipment located in truck bays 1-6. Installation of owner provided chlorine evaporators and vacuum regulators in bays 3, 4 and 1. Installation of conduit, wire for electrical outlets located in bays 3, 4 and 1. The Owner requires the Project commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed and the Project be completed within 150 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Limited Notice to Proceed. The Work is a Public Works Project as defined by Chapter 338 of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and all Bidders are required to comply with, and the Contract shall be awarded and administered in accordance with, the laws contained in that chapter.
