**As of June 17, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work consists of modification and refurbishment of existing building to create new SNWA Communications Room, installation of new standby generator (owner provided) and related equipment, installation of new chiller (owner provided) and chilled water system, installation of fire protection systems, installation of electrical equipment, and modifications and additions to HVAC system. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 at 10:00 AM PTQuestions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this Bid. Submit questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents to Owner via the Questions tab in the electronic. The Owner requires the Project commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed and the Project be completed within 250 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Limited Notice to Proceed. the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Bidder.
