Type of Contract: Perform work under a single prime contract, including labor, equipment, materials, and services required. C. Log: Provide and keep daily reports at the job site. Promptly distribute copies of daily logs to the Architect, Owner, and others if requested by the Architect. Enter into the log each day, general information pertaining to job progress, work force employed, materials received, inspections made by other authorities, visitors to site, climatic conditions, equipment on site, and status of work. The term Work includes all labor, materials, services, equipment, tools, transportation, power, water, permanent and temporary utilities, utility connections, provisions for safety, and all incidental and other things necessary to produce the finished construction as described by the Bid Documents.
