Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Boulder City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A. At the interior, the project includes but is not limited to the removal of existing floor finish, base, cabinets, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures. Existing conditions to be prepared for installation of new millwork, light fixtures, plumbing, wall assemblies, flooring and base; new paint and new equipment and accessories. Renovation of existing restroom is to meet ADA design guidelines and requirements for accessibility. At the exterior, the project includes the demolition of concrete where required and the addition of tactile warning surface at the edge of concrete where railroad track occurs. New concrete to meet ADA design guidelines and requirements for accessibility. B. Type of Contract: Perform work under a single prime contract, including labor, equipment, materials, and services required. C. Log: Provide and keep daily reports at the job site. Promptly distribute copies of daily logs to the Architect, Owner, and others if requested by the Architect. Enter into the log each day, general information pertaining to job progress, work force employed, materials received, inspections made by other authorities, visitors to site, climatic conditions, equipment on site, and status of work. The term Work includes all labor, materials, services, equipment, tools, transportation, power, water, permanent and temporary utilities, utility connections, provisions for safety, and all incidental and other things necessary to produce the finished construction as described by the Bid Documents. Description: Base Bid Description: Remodel existing single use restroom and add Tactile ADA Mat per drawings and specifications. Contract Time: 60 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $257.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
