The work of this contract consists of general construction for a new gravel surfaced road along with a launch ramp and gravel parking area. The work to construct these facilities includes excavation, grading, placement of aggregate base, construction of cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete launch ramps and placement of a riprap perimeter. It is assumed that work may be completed in up to 40-foot water depths. Project Location: Echo Bay (EB) within Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Nevada.
