**As of October 23, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded in two weeks.** The scope of work includes: Base bid- Make necessary roof repairs to the 3 tab shingle roof, matching existing shingles, replace all gutters (and install gutter guard to keep out leaves) and downspouts matching the existing, scrape, repair, and prime and paint the exterior finish matching the existing paint colors, replace (with cypress, Spanish cedar, or mahogany) any rotted wood on the exterior fascia & trim and install a continuous soffit vent, repaint all (53 qty)existing exterior windows and seal all voids in the exterior envelop, and all work associated with installing a new accessible restroom per the contract documents. Alternate 1-Replace all shingles and roofing accessories and install new roofing underlayment (with one screw per square foot 32 qty each 4x8 sheets) per the contract documents. Alternate 2-Restore 2 windows on the south side of the building (refer to A2.2 for restoration information and specifications) per the contract documents. Alternate 3-Manufacture to match existing windows, remove existing and replace 6 qty steel windows with matching glass and glazing windows in the Conference room area per the contract documents.
