The Napa Intertie Pipeline Replacement Project involves the replacement of approximately 19,700 linear feet of aging 12-inch pipeline along the City's critical water transmission route near State Route 29. These replacements will occur from the Rutherford Pump Station (RPS) south of Mee Lane to the Mitchell Drive/Main Street Intersection, Per IUMP Project PWTM-1. This project is included in the city's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of September 19, 2025, this project is in design.
