Reference Number 0000302983 Detailed Condition Assessment and structural design for strategic Towers, Antenna and Cable program ( Exluding Nunavut) (with Security Requirements) Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice This is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals. This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise. Description of the Program and Services DND requires a detailed condition assessment of its communication towers and associated supporting infrastructure. This program will require the rehabilitation or renewal of assets, accessories and facilities on all Canadian Forces Bases, Wings and the federal establishments in all Provinces and Territories (excluding Nunavut). The program is to include but not limited to: Inspection and Condition assessments; Geotechnical investigations and topographical surveys/studies; Environmental studies including HAZMAT and biological assessment, soil contamination test/ studies; Structural tower analyses and reinforcing existing structures; Foundation designs/rehabilitation design; Validation of infrastructure design requirements; Life cycle cost analysis and option analysis; Preparation of construction and deconstruction/Demolition documents; Preparation of concept drawings and studies; Tender Phase Services (TPS); and Construction Phase Services (CPS). The potential duration of the Source List is five (5) years, and the maximum potential value is $2,500,000.00. It is anticipated that these solicitations will be initiated in Fall 2025. This is conditional on receiving approval to proceed by the Department of National Defence (DND).
