Documents may be viewed at City Hall. Construct Public Restrooms located at the City of Elephant Butte Event grounds located on Warm Springs Blvd. in Elephant Butte, NM. Successful bidders will be a Licensed Contractor, who is bonded and insured. Obtain all necessary permits, Shoot elevations/prep pad for plumbing, dig footings/set forms, Install all PVC plumbing (per specs for inspection), Set rebar and 6x6 mesh (call CID for inspection) , pour 4" concrete slab @ 3000 PSI, construct 24 X 30 Mueller building (provided by the City of Elephant Butte), Frame out interior for build-out per specs, install all plumbing and electrical wiring per specs for inspections, insulate all interior walls and ceilings, drywall interior of building, tape, texture, prime and paint interior, install all electrical and plumbing fixtures (8 toilets, 2 urinals, 8 sinks, bathroom partition stalls, water heater and grab bars should be included in price), Install two mini-splits, Seal concrete floor including all applicable plumbing, electrical and finishings. Contractor will supply all material and fixtures, except for the 24x30 Mueller building, which will be furnished by the City. If selected, you will receive a Bid Award Notice, which will advise the contractor of the date, time, and location of the project kick-off that must take place before work can start. After the kick-off, a Notice to Proceed will be issued by The City of Elephant Butte. Bids must be prepared and must be signed and authorized in ink. You are reminded to include your Scope of work, Contractor Responsibilities, Project change Procedures, Applicable contact information including license number and Fee Schedules. The City of Elephant Butte has the right to reject any and all bids at their discretion.
