The scope of services includes HVAC upgrades for the Gavilan College Multi-Purpose Building. This includes but is not limited to associated ceiling replacement, wall patch and repair, and fire alarm additions. Instructions to bidders: The response format is electronic and must include line items, a bid form (required), designation of subcontractors (required), a non-collusion declaration (required), a sufficient funds declaration (required), a worker's compensation certificate (required), a drug free workplace certification (required), and an Iran Contracting Act certification (required). The type of award is lump sum. Contractor License B and/or C-36 and C-20 are required. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., Gilroy, CA 95020, meeting at the Security/Facilities Building.
