Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the following 1) Creation of Stone Construction Entrance (SCE) & concrete "wash-out" area 2) Installation of basic E&S Control Measures 3) Demolition of fence and installation of new fence Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% of the Bid total, payable to the owner, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Borough reserves the right to formally award the contract by public announcement at a subsequent meeting. Any Bidder and any member of the public may be present at the Bid opening. The Borough intends to award the contract to the lowest responsible, responsive Bidder, as determined to be in the best interest of the Borough. The Borough specifically reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or in-formalities in a bid or the bid procedure; and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Borough.
