Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Morganton, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

Project Introduction: The City of Morganton's CoMMA Performing Arts Center is seeking an experienced performing arts center architectural firm or team to design and then prepare construction documents and bid documents for renovations to the auditorium and back of house areas. Documents necessary will be those customarily provided to implement final accepted design recommendations and include but not be limited to bid and contract documents, bid process management, as well as cost estimations and a projected construction schedule. Include Contact name, address, phone and e-mail Submitters are asked to limit any inquiries to Sharon Jablonski. Questions should be sent in writing by September 25. Answers will be provided to all applicants via email by September 30th. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
